Dr. Gazelle works as your personal consultant, coach, care manager, and advocate. She will partner with your own physician to address all your needs, collaborating with them to make sure you get all the information you need and that you get the best possible care.  MD Can Help doesn’t replace your regular doctor, but adds an extra layer of care.

Dr. Gazelle will go to your home, assisted living or nursing facility and can attend appointments with you or your aging parent.
